The New RWJF Clinical Scholars Program Announces First Cohort of Fellows
The first cohort of Clinical Scholars includes 30 clinically active health care providers who collaborate in teams with fellow clinicians from a wide range of disciplines—including nursing, audiology, pharmacy, and social work. Over the next three years, the teams will take on complex problems in their communities, addressing the social factors that underlie health from their perspectives as both health care providers and members of the community. Applications for the next cohort will open in January 2017. Clinical Scholars is a national leadership program for clinically active health care providers working to advance a Culture of Health in community, clinic, or academic settings. Licensed providers are invited to attend an informational webinar on the next call for applications on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 3-4:30 EST. Interested candidates can RSVP here.
